特注チャック・専用爪設計製作事例集
製品の精度に直結するチャックをトータルでプロデュース。お客様のご要望により受注製作した、その実績をご紹介します。
薄肉ワークの把握による歪みを少なくするためワークに対して小さいチャックを採用。爪の軽量化と把握部の耐久性を考慮した成形爪。
爪受け台にキー溝構造を付加する。成形爪の取付け、取外しがスムーズとなった。（中空穴リングストロータイプ）
チャックの大きさに比して把握力がかなり大きいのが特徴。
親爪子爪方式で子爪を付替えることにより、何種類ものワークを掴める。
2種類のワークを、成形爪を付替えることにより、それぞれ外径、内径で把握する。ワークストッパは共用とした。
深さや内径の異なる複数のお椀形状のワークの加工に対応。ワークと直接接触する部分にはキズ防止の樹脂材料を採用し精密に成形。
精密組立て用チャック。センターポールを中心に高精度に成形された把握爪でワークを精密に組立てることが可能。
標準チャックに回転ジャーナル機構を取付けた治具チャック。マシニングセンタ、フライス盤、ボール盤に使用することが可能。
４つ爪ロングストロークタイプにスパイク爪の取付けを行った。角形材質のワークを簡単に搬送することができる。
チャックを搭載したスピンドルの製作が可能。ハウジングを角形にすることで取付けが簡単にできる。
測定用エアチャック。円柱形状のワーク受け台が位置決めに最適。
チャックに防錆処理を施しました。ワークに傷が付かないよう真鍮爪を採用。
機械のスペースに制約があり小型のチャックを採用。ワーク受け台の先端は購入可能な構造。
