Hansung Precision Co., Ltd., which has accumulated technology and know-how for more than 30 years since its establishment in 1985, specializes in coolant pumps for machine tools, oil and grease lubrication pumps for industrial machines, including machine tools and injection molding machines.

Our centralized oil and grease lubrication pumps, coolant pumps and rotor pumps, which have high compatibility and reliability with domestic and foreign products, function as core devices not only for machine tools but also for industrial machines.
Since Korea first exported auto lubrication pumps to Japan and Taiwan in the early 1990s, we have been exporting lubrication pumps and coolant pumps under the "HALS" brand to many countries including Japan.

Structure
· A single-unit small self-priming pump
· A pipe is connected to the suction part to suck in oil.
Feature
- A compact, lightweight single-unit pump.
- The small, design means less installation limitations
- Prolonged idling is prohibited due to the installed mechanical seal. (Idling for more than 30 seconds is prohibited)
- Sufficient quantities of oil need to be supplied to the self priming compartment before use.

Structure
· A pump that operates with the pump part submerged in the tank.
· Different pumps can be selected according to tank depths, and can be used without separate oil priming.
Feature
- The motor and the pump have the same shaft but are separated.
- Various selections can be made according to the depths of the compact low-set tanks
- A structure with no additional seals such as a mechanical seal
- Can be applied to a wide range of parts including grinding machine with mixed abrasive grain.

Structure
· A submerged-type pump with the same structure as the HCP-F type.
· There are various pump forms according to the different tank depths.
Feature
- It has the same separate motor & pump structure as the HCP-F
- It is used when more pressure than HCP-F is required.
- There is an anti-vortex part at the top of the pump, which allows smooth suction.
- The pump is divided into top section suction or bottom section Suction according to the type of the applied tank.
- HCP-419F,420F are bottom section suction products that have a wide range of suction oil levels.

Structure

Fiter Cleaning Method

- Check cleaning period
If the marker in the vacuum pressure machine goes above the red area (-0.006MPa), it is a filter cleaning period. Filter must be cleaned according to the method below and used. If pump operates continuously with the red marker staying in the same location, it becomes a cause for pump or motor damage and therefore period inspection is necessary.
- Cleaning method
1. Removing oil inside the filter
Used oil inside the filter is removed using short spinning of the pump and air vent.2. Disassembling filter cap
Use a spanner to disassemble filter cap.3. Filter disassembling
Disassemble the filter fixed in the filter body.4. Filter cleaning
Use pressuring air to completely remove impure substances attached to the filter mesh in the disassembled filer.5. Resassembling
Reassembling occurs in reverse sequence of assembling. In addition, make sure air vent is completely locked before operating. (If it is open, air can come inside the pump and therefore noise creation and normal operation will not done).

Manual Pump

Feature
The HM pump is a compact manual grease pump, and is used to supply smaller discharge quantities compared to automatic pumps, and is applied to systems with relatively small lubricating oil supplies. The maximum discharge pressure is divided into 100kg/cm² or 210kg/cm² depending on the quantity of discharge, and the tank is separated into a 2liter or a 4liter. Exchange of the discharge part's block allows attachments of switching sides when applying single line and two line. The simple operation method means less breakdowns, and easier repairs and maintenance.
