(1) Main Feature
| |
KG-21 is a color-typed 3-color LED Electricity·Air Micrometer designed and manufactured to be used conveniently from production site or measuring room.
Electricity Micrometer can use 2 CHANNEL LVDT or HBT and can measure multi-channel by easily combining more than 2 units.
LED BAR GRAPH is displayed in 3 colors and can easily distinguish pass, failure with color.
. Measurements can be read directly by introducing DIGITAL Dimension Display Window. |

(3)Remarks
| |
1) Power is supplied at AC110V or AC220V through electrical code supplied at the back.
(Power change allowances : ±10%, Frequency : 50/60Hz)
2) Power code plug is 3-pin type and the central round pin is for grounding.
Please earth it for preventing electric shock and maintaining steady electrical potential.
3) Remove PLUG after switching OFF power switch when it is necessary to separate
power code from the main body. Do not apply excessive power to unplug.
4) Please be cautious not to damage power code. If power code is damaged than
there might be fire or electric shock caused by power leakage or short-circuits.
Please do not use excess force or bend wires when connecting power code.
5) Adjustments on Phase and SPAN of detector of Electricity Micrometer are adjusted and
tested by KG-10-PA from Korea First Gage. Please enquire at Research Center of Korea
First Gage when using different detector.
6) The quality of KG-10-PA is consistent but there may be slight deviations per LOT thus
adjust magnification by using ADJ KNOB at the back when replacing or calibrating detector.
7) Do not use solvent when washing the main body.
Clean by diluting neutral detergent in water or use computer cleaner.
8) Do not disassembly the CASE of main body.
Disassembling the main body may cause short-circuiting or damaging internal wiring
and damage caused by disassembling at user’s discretion will not entitle for A/S.
9) Avoid from foreign objects (oil, water, metal fragments) entering inside the main body.
Foreign objects become the cause of malfunctioning and accidents.
10) Do not apply excessive impacts on the main body.
11) Please unplug when not using for a long period.
12) If abnormalities are discovered on the main body, unplug the power code and
request fro A/S.
13) Do not apply excessive power on various switches on the front and back.
It may damage switches or damage internal wirings. |
